Cyanogen Team has finally started developing Cyanogenmod 14.1, based on latest Android 7.1 for supported Android Devices. The first nightly builds of CM14.1 will be start rolling out today for few supported Smartphones.
Here's a list of the Android devices that will be able to download the Official CyanogenMod 14.1-
Your Smartphone's bootloader must be unlocked and should be having a custom recovery Installed (TWRP/CWM) in order to Install the latest Cyanogenmod nightly on your Device.

Google has already revealed the Next Android Name and version i.e Android 7.0 Nougat.Though for now only name is revealed , Android Nougat will be Officially announced with Next Nexus Devices later this summer.

This time Cyanogenmod 14 source code is up and developers have started working on Cm14 for their devices. The final Official build of the Custom Rom will be available in 2017 Jan!
How to Download and Install Android 7.0 Nougat Cyanogenmod 14 on Moto G 3rd generation 2015 Google Android 7.0 Nougat is Official and is now available for Supported Devices. Developers have also started working to Port Android Nougat for their beloved devices.

How to Install Android 7.0 Nougat Cyanogenmod 14 on Moto G 3rd Generation 2015-
1.Download the Cyanogenmod 14 Zip, GApps. 2.Make sure Your Smartphone has 50% of battery. 3. Put your Moto G 3rd Generation 2015 in recovery mode
4. Clear data, Clear cache, Clear system. 5. Select Install zip from sdcard and select Cyanogenmod 14 ( Downloaded zip ). 6. Install GApps 7. Reboot your Device. If you find any problems or bugs, feel free to visit xda thread .
The Only hope for Most of the outdated Smartphones getting Android 7.0 Nougat is Cyanogenmod, and CyanogenMod Team has started working on Cyanogenmod 14 which will be based on Android 7.0 Nougat.
Cyanogen Team has just started working on CyanogenMod 14 (Nougat). There's still no idea how long it will take CyanogenMod to ship first Stable ROM. For Now Cyanogen is working to bring Cyanogenmod 14 to Nexus 5x. Other Devices will start getting CyanogenMod 14 Custom Roms (Thanks to Developers) As soon As the Source is out.
