OnePlus 3 and 3T Receives a New OxygenOS Open Beta Update with Various Bug Fixes

Chinese smartphone firm, OnePlus has released a new OxygenOS Beta update to the OnePLus 3 and 3T. The new update is the third one in the last one month. The OnePlus 3T receives OxygenOS Beta 7, and the OnePlus 3's version is OxygenOS Beta 16.

Unlike the previous update which focused on adding new features, the new update fixes various bug fixes caused in the last update. For example, the duplicate contacts bug has been fixed in this update.

Furthermore, the update also says optimised power consumption, which means that the devices will deliver better battery life. Take a look at the complete changelog of the update below:
  • Fixed duplicate Contacts after upgrading
  • Fixed Contacts search function bug
  • Fixed alarm clock occasionally not ringing
  • Fixed certain app crashes
  • Fixed some display issues with Dark and Light themes
The update is slowly rolling out in all the countries, but it will take some time to reach your smartphone. Also, you will receive the update only if you're in the Open beta program previously.
