Google has recently announced Android 5.1 Updates , which fixes all the bugs and also it adds many features which was not there in Android 5.0.2 .

Motorola always provides the best and Fast updates to their devices and this time also , they have done it .

Android 5.1 will be soon available for Motorola Moto E . Users can just Install it manually following the below steps .

Note - 

1. Your Phone must be on Stock Android version and Bootloader should be locked .

2.You should be having atleast 50% of battery on your Motorola Mobile , and have connected with WiFi or 3g network .

How to Update Motorola Moto E to Android 5.1 Lollipop -

Step 1. You must be having latest Motorola Update service . So , Download it from playstore and Update it .

Step 2. Restart your Motorola Phone .

Step 3. Go to Settings > About Phone and Software updates .

Step 4. Now just agree and Download Lollipop update .

Your device will automatically start downloading the update .

Cyanogenmod 11 for Samsung Galaxy Core I8262

A year later we posted about Cm11 for Samsung Galaxy Core duos and That time the developer left after making first build for Samsung Galaxy Core duos . That time the Cyanogenmod 11 was only booting else nothing was working .

But today , My friend and a Xda developer Gody made Cyanogenmod for Samsung Galaxy Core duos I8262 . The build has only few minor bugs that will be solved soon . Also If we will get Cm11 fully working then Cm12 ( Android 5.0 ) will be soon available for core .



This build is not for daily use , keep checking this Website for daily updates .

How to install Cyanogenmod 11 On Samsung Galaxy Core duos I8262 -

Step 1.Download The Rom and Place it in root of your Storage

Step 2.Go Into recovery mode

Step 3.Wipe data

Step 4.Wipe cache

Step 5.Install zip from sd card

Step 6.Choose cm11 Rom

Update Moto E XT1022 ( Indian ) to Official Android 5.0 Lollipop

Motorola has Updated many of its device to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop . Motorola has recently rolled out Soak Test for Motorola Moto E XT1022 and one of the XDA developer captured it .

Make sure you have Motorola Moto E XT1022 Indian variant only , your system version should be  21.12.40.condor_retaildsds.retaildsdsall.en.03rete  .

So , Every one can Update their Moto E XT1022 using this method , It will not void your Warranty . If you don't like Lollipop , You can Downgrade it to Kitkat using this Guide -

How to Update Moto E XT1022 to Official Android 5.0 Lollipop -

Step 1. Download Lollipop Soak test zip and Motorola Update Service apk from below .

Step 2. Place Lollipop Soak test zip into Your Internal as well as External Memory card .

Step 3. Just Reboot your Motorola Moto E 2 or 3 times .

Step 4. Install Motorola Update Service apk ( You downloaded in Step 1 ) .

Step 5. Reboot your Motorola Moto E once again .

Step 6. Go to Settings > About device and System Update and check for Update .

Step 7. Your device will start Downloading Lollipop update and it will reboot automatically and Lollipop Update Installation will start .

Note - It will take some time to boot .
