Lollipop coming to Micromax YU Yureka users in few days

After so many days , Finally YU Yureka is going to release Official Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Micromax Yureka users . 




Micromax YU Yureka comes with a 5.5 inch display and is powered by 64-bit 1.5 GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor . It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage with a capability of 32GB micro sdcard . Yureka comes with Cm11 , Android 4.4.4 kitkat out of the box .

Today only , Yureka's Team member announced -

Wanna thank all the beta testers and everyone involved, we are now in the final phase of Lollipop release. The software has been submitted to Google for approval today, and if all goes well the rollout should happen soon.

Here is a little peek into what is going on under the hood. At YU, quality is a key focus and our partner, Cyanogen is equally committed to provide a robust software. We both work hard to ensure that the awesome new features are stable enough to provide the best user experience. However, with Lollipop it became a little more stringent and longer. Every set of errors took us back a few steps costing us few more days for the rollout.

Now in the final stage, we cannot wait ourselves to ship it fast. We will keep you posted on the update.

Micromax YU Yureka will be soon getting Android 5.0.2 lollipop , but still it is now at Android 4.4.4 Kitkat only and which has very low speaker volume .

Step 1. Download Es file explorer or any root explorer from below .

Step 2. Open file explorer and go to /system/etc and edit    mixer_paths.xms .

Step 3. In  mixer_paths.xms

SET VALUE TO 91 From 84

scroll down 

find and edit

<ctl name="Speaker Boost" value="DISABLE" /> CHANGE IT TO "ENABLE"
