Since the OnePlus 5 have been out for a few days, some users have begun to test the breaking point of the new device, especially in regards to the possibility of water resistance. A handful of YouTubers are doing 1 minute water test of the OnePlus 5 under a few inches of water, claiming that it's waterproof, but they don't know that the main problem occurs after few hours or few days!
And now, french media "frandroid" exclusively claims that OnePlus made the OnePlus 5 nearly waterproof and didn't tell anyone. The OnePlus 5 is actually IP67 if it passes the certification, claims the same media. IP67 rating means that it is fully protected from dust and can also withstand being submerged in 1m (about 3.3 feet) of static water for up to 30 mins. It could be possible that OnePlus 5 sport a combination of new technology that makes it far more resistant to liquid damage than past OnePlus Smartphones, but that doesn't mean that it's waterproof. OnePlus has yet to comment publicly about this, we will let you know once the official statement is out! With the OnePlus 5, you get a 5.5-inch 1080p Optic AMOLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB/8GB RAM, 64GB/128 GB storage, 20+16 MP Dual Rear Camera with F/2.6 and F/1.7 aperture for the best low-light, zoom and anti-blur photos with enhanced image processing, 16MP front facing camera, 3300mAh battery with Dash Charge (58% battery in 30 minutes of charging), and Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
The entire world is looking for next Samsung flagship phone which is the Galaxy Note 8 to release at the earliest, but one has to wait until this September to get hands on it. We have already seen multiple leaked renders of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, however this new leak shows the case renders of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, which looks absolutely stunning and is on-par with the earlier leaked rumors.
As you can see in the above images, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is having a horizontal dual-camera setup with Fingerprint sensor. To the front, the device features an infinity display, just like the Samsung Galaxy S8. As per earlier reports the Note 8 will feature a 12-megapixel dual-camera sensor and independent optical image stabilization for the lens. Additionally, you will be getting a 6.3-inch edge-to-edge display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio, Exynos 8895 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipsets, depending on the market coupled with 6GB RAM.
