The entire world is looking for next Google flagship smartphones the Next-Gen Pixel and Pixel XL to release at the earliest, but one has to wait until this October to get hands on it. And leaks about the phone are keeping you at bay, especially about the design and features.

We have already seen our first potential look at what to expect from the Pixel XL 2. Now, According to the latest reports, we now have more details about the Pixel XL 2.


In the latest report, provided by XDA and its unnamed source, the Pixel XL 2 will feature an OLED display, with the panel measuring in at 5.99″. Additionally, it will be coming with an Always-On feature, which allows you take a sneak-peek to the notifications and other information without unlocking the device.

The new report also confirms that the Pixel XL 2 will sport squeezy sides, just like on the HTC U11. The device will also feature display profiles including sRGB, Vivid, etc.

Several unidentified men in Pune, Maharashtra have destroyed the stores of popular Chinese mobile phone brands Vivo and Oppo, in order to express their solidarity to Indian army.

As per the reports, the attackers have torn down posters of the two brands in addition to destroying their shops. It remains unclear whether store personnel, or any other individuals inside those stores, were injured during the attack.

The incident is not only harming those Chinese companies but also the properties and investment of our fellow Indians. These attacks could only dampen China’s economic relationship with India, a major market for most Chinese electronic products.


It is already a known fact to everyone that the Indian smartphone market is completely dominated by Chinese smartphone vendors including Gionee, Vivo, and Oppo. As promised, the Wireless Charging Style Mod is now up for grabs from Motorola's official website at $39.99. For now, it is available only in two finishes Grey Herringbone Nylon and Floral Print.



The Wireless Charging Style Mod can charge your phone’s battery at 10W speed on a charging pad (which is not included). It weighs around 49.2 g. All patterns include Ebony Burl Wood, Grey Herringbone Nylon, Cateye Wood, and Floral Print.

Other Moto Mods will be available globally pretty soon, with Moto TurboPower Pack starting at $79.99 USD, JBL SoundBoost 2 at $79.99 USD and Moto GamePad at $79.99 USD.

Moto G5 Plus is now getting a new software update in the US with Security Patches, bug fixes and Stability improvement. 


This new update brings May 2017 Security patch and stability improvements fixes. This update comes with build no. NPNS25.137-35-5 and weighs in at around 50MB. While this update would have been more exciting if it had brought Nougat 7.1.1, which is already available for Google's Pixel and Nexus devices.


The update is already rolling out to the users of the Moto G5 Plus in the US. If you did not receive the update wait for a few days or you can install it manually by downloading the OTA Zip captured by XDA member. Note that the OTA file is only for the US Models of the Moto G5 Plus. (Don't get spun by other misleading Articles.)

Motorola’s instructions explain that for a successful installation, the battery in your phone should be at least 50% charged and your device should be connected to a Wi-Fi network or LTE.
