Moto M Plus Poses In front of the Camera

Last week we leaked some Images and Specifications of the upcoming Motorola Moto M Plus and Looks like we were right on our leak. The Moto M Plus Poses In front Camera yet again showing the previously leaked design.

The new Moto M Plus  features a front facing fingerprint scanner and a 6.0" 1080p display for those Nexus 6 fans. And there's also a Snapdragon 652 on board, so expect this device to be sold as a premium/upper mid-tier device.



Unlike the Moto M (without the Plus ), this one doesn't come with a rear fingerprint scanner. As you will see in the next picture, the back of the phone comes with a very similar design to the original Droid Turbo (you can see the curves) and the Moto Z camera set up.

Moto Z Play Review: You will love this long-lasting "Modular" Device

This year, Motorola and Lenovo bought us a new Semi-Modular Smartphone series "The Moto Z". Following the launch of Moto Z , Moto Z Force and Moto Mods, Month back Lenovo also announced the Mid-ranged Motorola Moto Z Play with Hasselblad True Zoom camera.

This month, Lenovo launched the Moto Z and Moto Z Play in India. The Moto Z being world's thinnest smartphone, while the Moto Z Play is the one who comes with headphone jack in the Z family. So, Lets take a closer look at the Mid-ranged Moto Z Play-

Design-

In terms of Design, The Moto Z Play features a Flat glass back with an aluminum frame at 7mm thick. There's a huge camera hump at the back. The Smartphone feels premium and the Glass back adds 5 stars to its beauty.

To the back, The Moto Z Play has a Round 16MP Camera with laser and phase detect autofocus and flash which captures great Images. Followed by Camera, there's a flat Motorola's "Batwing" Logo. 
The bottom back has a Plastic finish with 16 magnetic pins for connecting the Moto Mods.

At the front, there is a 5.5inch Super AMOLED FHD display with 403 pixel per inch. The Display is not stunning, but its bright and beautiful. The Font top contains a 5MP Camera with LED Flash which takes amazing Photographs (We will discus more about it in Camera section).
There's a Square Fingerprint sensor at the Front bottom which is really quick.



Followed by a Sim and MicroSD card tray, the top contains a microphone too. The Bottom comes with USB-C and Yes there's a headphone jack too. 

Overall The Smartphones looks beautiful and feels great in hand.

Specs and Performance

Moto Z Play comes out with 3GB RAM paired with 32GB Storage and MicroSD card support. Under the hood there's a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. 

The UI is always fluid, there are no lags. The device handles High-Graphics games smoothly. Moto Z Play has acceptable performance in this price.

Moto Z Play's battery is just insane, the 3510mAh battery can go for 2 days (Or may be 3) with a full charge, if used moderately. The battery takes Approx 1 hour 15 minutes to get fully charged with Turbo charger.

The specifications are not competitive at this price. But The Performance is fast and smooth , Stock Android Marshmallow adds more sweetness to its performance. Though the Device will be getting Android 7.0 Nougat by the end of this year.

Camera 

Moto Z Play features a 16-megapixel Rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, laser and phase detect autofocus and LED flash . It has a 5-megapixel front-facing selfie shooter with LED flash.

Admittedly, The Images taken with Rear 16MP camera is not to great as compared with other flagship smartphones, but still they are acceptable.
The Video comes little bit shaky when in hands because of lack of OIS. Yes, You can also shoot 4K videos with Moto Z Play.



Though the Front facing 5MP selfie-shooter shoots good selfies and It has a LED flash too.

Software-

The device comes out with Pure Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with Pre-loaded Moto, Moto File manager and Moto Mods Application. The Moto App contains Moto Actions, Moto Voice and Moto Display.

The Moto Display which shows Notifications at a glance was always been a great feature. The Shrink screen makes the screen smaller for one-handed use.

Verdict 

As said earlier "The Moto Z and Moto Mods are one of the most iconic device ever designed and redefined how stylish a phone can be". 

The Moto Z Play is little brother in Moto Z Family with an amazing battery life and premium looks. All I can say, it is the "Best long-lasting Modular Smartphone, You can buy right now in this price range".

Update: The Game is now available for Android- Play Store

“Batman: The Telltale Series” which was first made available for consoles and PC is now finally available for iOS and is coming soon to Android Devices.



From the creators of The Walking Dead, Batman: The Telltale Series is a story like game split into 5 episodes. The First episode was out 2 months back (Now ported for Mobiles) while the Second one is now out for PC.

The First episode of this Game is now available for a Price of $4.99 for iOS devices and it will be coming very soon to Android.

The Google Pixel gets rooted by Chainfire

Google's first Smartphone "Pixel" has now been rooted by the renowned developer Chainfire. The developer shares image of his Pixel Smartphone showing a super user request pop-up as evidence.

Chainfire disabled DM-verity and used a modified system partition in order to Root the Google Pixel. If you want systemless root with DM-verity enabled, wait few days, Chainfire is already working on it.

This is Xiaomi's new Mi VR

Following the announcement of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and the Xiaomi's upcoming Mi MIX, Xiaomi revealed its second low-cost virtual reality headset i.e. Xiaomi Mi VR.



This new VR headset works with latest Xiaomi's Smartphones including Mi 5 and Mi Note 2, the device only costs you $29.

The Xiaomi Mi VR comes with a new built-in motion sensor and also features a 9-axis motion controller and supports touch controls. Other than Mi VR, the OEM also launched Mi VR Store which comes with 30 VR apps and over 500 panoramic videos.

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 goes official With 5.7″ FHD Display

Xiaomi finally revealed the Mi Note 2 this week and teased the upcoming Xiaomi Mi MIX, the bezel-less beast. 



The Mi Note 2 can be your alternative to the late Note 7 and even shares some specs with the Note 7. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 comes out with stylish dual-curved 5.7-inch OLED Display.

The Device is powered with latest Snapdragon 821 SoC with a clock speed of 2.35GHz combined with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM with 128GB of UFS 2.0 storage while another variant comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.



As far as the Camera's are concerned, the device features a Rear 22.56MP Sony IMX318 Exmor sensor with a f/2.0 lens, to the front we have a 8MP shooter with a Sony IMX268 sensor.
