OnePlus 6 Breaks AnTuTu Score Record Before Being Officially Unveiled

OnePlus is all set to reveal its trump card, the OnePlus 6 with almost Bezel-less display, dual camera, and other 2018 flagship features. We have already seen the live images of the OnePlus 6, and it looks gorgeous with premium glass back and notched display.

Today, folks at AndroidCentral leaked the AnTuTu benchmark scores of the OnePlus 6, codenamed A6000. They also confirmed other key details about the upcoming flagship.

OnePlus 6 scores 276510 at AnTuTu and kills the previous champion, the upcoming Mi Mix 2s. The Smartphone will run on Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 845 processor paired with 6/8GB of RAM.

FYI, the Samsung Galaxy S9 scores a total of 241470 on AnTuTu, the iPhone X (Bionic A11) has a total of 224538, and the last year's OnePlus's flagship the OnePlus 5T at 180651.

OnePlus 6 is confirmed to feature an iPhone X like notch with 19:9 Display. As per earlier leaks, it would run OxygenOS 5.1.0 which is based on Android 8.1 Oreo. Thoughts?

Moto Z2 Play Android Oreo Release Imminent

Motorola is planning to release the latest Android Oreo update to its Moto Z2 Play Smartphone. Final Android 8.0 Oreo update Release Notes for the Moto Z2 Play are now live.

Android Oreo comes with numerous enhancements over Android Nougat, such as faster booting, new Settings and Quick-Settings UI, Picture in Picture (PIP), Adaptive icons, Autofill, Notification timeout, Motorola might also add several new features to the latest software update. Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Moto Z2 Play would also feature the latest March 1st 2018 Security Patch, Stability improvements, and brand new Camera Application.

Here's What's New in Samsung's March 2018 Security Update

Samsung today published the March 2018 Security Release Notes for Galaxy Smartphones.

March 1st, 2018 Security Patch for the Samusng Galaxy Smartphones brings fixes for nine critical vulnerabilities that were recently discovered in the Android OS. The most sever vulnerability that was patched by Google in the March 2018 Security Patch includes execution of an arbitrary code in the context of a privileged process on the device by a remote attacker.

Apart from that, Samsung has also fixed five Vulnerabilities and Exposures (SVE) that were discovered in their own software.
