MIUI 8 to get Split-Screen multitasking feature

A month back Xiaomi revealed MIUI 8 , that came with whole new Notification shade and amazing new colorful design .

Xiaomi is all set to release a new update of MIUI 8 that will bring split-screen feature to devices running MIUI 8 .

Split-Screen or Multi-Window feature enables user to Run two apps simultaneously , It is Just like Samsung's Touchwiz Multi-Window feature .

Xiaomi has finally revealed the next MIUI version i.e MIUI8 with many new features and more colorful design .

Some of the new features of MIUI8 includes -

• Multi-window support: MIUI8 now supports multiple window ! You can now run two applications on your 

• New font: MIUI8 comes with custom Chinese font to offer better mobile reading.

• Wallpaper carousel: These app will send beautiful images to the lock and homescreen daily.

• New Gallery: The New MIUI8 gallery now supports doodles, filters, stickers, cropping and music video creation.

• Some new feature includes Note templates, new calculator , Scanner , Power saving and security .

MIUI8 will be available for all Redmi and Mi Note series as well as the Mi 2, 2S, 3, 4, 4C, 4S, 5 and Max.

Xiaomi to reveal MIUI 8 on May 10

Xiaomi is finally going to reveal the new Operating system MIUI 8 ( based on Android OS ) for latest Xiaomi Smartphones . Along with MIUI 8 , Xiaomi will unveil Mi Max and Mi Band 2 .



MIUI 8 will feature a brand new UI and many new animations and changes .
