Samsung galaxy note 2 users today got official android 4.4.2 kitkat update . It was a surprise for note 2 users to get a surprise update by Samsung . Android kitkat version brings stability , less ram usage , new apps and very good interface to note 2 users .
Currently they can only update their phone via odin only as no OTA ( over the air ) update is available .
The update is only for france users . But any one with note 2 can install it .

How to update -
- Download the firmware from here
- Open Odin.exe and run it as administrator
- Put the firmware In PDA section
- Put your note 2 on Download mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
- Update it via odin by clicking on start.
