DeleteI think that the best option if you really want 5.0.2 in your XT1068 is simply putting the official update in your sd card and checking for updates: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/general/official-lollipop-indian-ota-captured-t3002674
ReplyDeleteYup it is the way to get official update .. but CM is different !
DeleteI don't know if this is the best place to ask for help. If not, any guidance would be welcome.
ReplyDeleteI've followed all of the instructions to flash my phone. It seemed to go okay but on reboot I see the android head and the flashing beacon but it never goes away - I've left it for several minutes. If I use the power button to shut it down it shuts down and then reboots. I have to use Recovery to power it off properly.
I have tried the three latest packages all with the same result. I did backup my original config to an external SD before I started but it won't let me restore now - so I guess something didn't quite work.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Never mind. I kept searching and an associated problem seemed to be fixed by deleting everything and then re-installing. Success!
DeleteDo the las update have wifi, sim and camera working?
