- Download the OTA, by phone or by computer and place within the device's root folder
- Rename file to Blur_Version.221.41.31.ghost_row.Brasil.en.BR.zip
- Place the file in the internal memory
- Look for updates, if not found, restart the phone
- Wait for the update, and when you start is with Lollipop 5.0.2
- When you start, do not put your account yet, skip, and reboot to factory settings
- When starting after the reset, configure your account and enjoy!
