Google has already Release Marshmallow and it will be officially available to some devices only , While other devices owners are waiting for Cyanogenmod 13 ( Android 6.0 Marshmallow ) .

Cyanogen is now working on Cyanogenmod 13 and the tree is now available on Github . Cyanogen may release the Sources in upcoming weeks .
