Every month Google updates the Android Distribution Graph and their adoption rate among consumers.
Android Distribution Just Updated for September 2016 and the mostly used Android Os is still Android Lollipop with 45% market share, while Android KitKat comes second at 27.7% market share.
Other Data includes, Android Marshmallow on the third with 18.7% market share, Jelly Bean scores15.6% market share, Ice Cream Sandwich with 1.4%, Gingerbread with 1.5% and at last Froyo tops from the bottom with 0.1% Market share.
Well Recently launched Android 7.0 Nougat is almost nowhere to be seen, It's probably under 0.1%.
