Nearly a month ago, the Samsung Galaxy C5 Pro was certified by TENAA and was expected to be announced very soon. However, we might have to wait some more days for the official launch. The phone is now spotted on benchmarking site, GeekBench, confirming the specifications leaked by the GFXBench site.
The latest GeekBench listing reveals the phone's model number as SM-C5010, citing to the earlier leaked ones. The phone is powered by an octa-core chip at the time of benchmark testing with all the cores clocked at 2.21GHz. Also, the motherboard number is shown as msm8953, which is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC. Also, the Galaxy C5 Pro comes with 4GB of RAM.
The phone will boot Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, which is a sad thing to see even in early 2017. The GeekBench listing did not reveal any details regarding the camera and display of the phone, but earlier TENAA listing and GFXBench listing said the phone will get a 5.5-inch FHD display, 16MP rear and front-facing cameras, and a 3000mAh battery.
