Sharp, a Japanese Smartphone Company has announced its near bezel-less Smartphone Aquos S2. The front resembles the design of Andy Rubin's Essential PH1, while the back matches rumored iPhone 8 design.
The Aquos S2 features a 5.5-inch 1440p display which reaches all the way up to the top but has a cut-out in the middle for the front-facing camera.
The device comes in two variants, the cheaper one has Snapdragon 630 SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage, while the expensive one includes a Snapdragon 660, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage.
Camera wise, The front shooter has an 8-megapixel 1.4um sensor with f/2.0 aperture, while the f/1.75 dual camera on the back consists of a 12-megapixel sensor plus an 8-megapixel sensor. It comes with Android 7.0 Nougat and a 3,020mAh battery.
The Sharp Aquos S2 is now available in China with a starting price of about $370.
