Still waiting for the Android Oreo update for your Moto Smartphone? All we know at this point is that, yes, Motorola is testing Oreo on few Moto Z and Moto G phones. The company isn’t providing a timetable like it did earlier this year, though. That’s likely because it doesn’t want to give false hope and disappointment to their customers.
We think, it's time for Lenovo and Motorola to release the most awaited Android Oreo update for these Smartphones. If delayed more the users will eventually choose another brand or will end up Installing a custom firmware to update their devices.
Motorola just released Android Oreo Release Notes for the Moto Z Droid/Moto Z Force Droid Smartphones. Does that mean Motorola will push Android Oreo to the Moto Z Droid/Moto Z Force Droid any time soon? Well, we don't know, because we have already seen tons of Oreo based Release Notes in the past and still there's no sign of the update for Moto devices.
Android Oreo comes with numerous enhancements over Android Nougat, such as faster booting, new Settings and Quick-Settings UI, Picture in Picture (PIP), Adaptive icons, Autofill, Notification timeout, Motorola might also add several new features to the latest software update. Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Moto Z/ Force Droid would also feature the latest March 1st 2018 Security Patch, and Stability improvements.
We will let you know once the update is live. Stay tuned to our Facebook and Twitter page to get the first News.
