Here’s a fresh set of Xiaomi's Blackshark hands-on photos that comes to you courtesy Chinese Social Media Weibo.
The Blackshark smartphone features a 5.99" IPS FHD+ display with an 18:9 Screen to body ratio, however, you still get huge chin thanks to the front-facing Fingerprint Sensor. There are also a few virtual buttons on the left and right for multitasking and other operations.
As per the specifications, the Xiaomi Blackshark features a Snapdragon 845 paired with 6/8 GB of RAM, 64/256 GB Interal storage, 4,000mAh with QC 3.0, Android 8.1 Oreo with MIUI 9.5, 12+20-megapixel rear camera with f/1.75 aperture, and a 20-megapixel front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.
You also get a Bluetooth-enabled Shark GamePad which you can attach to the top of the Smartphone. It has a joystick, trigger, and a 340mAh battery that can run upto 30 hours.
Let me be perfectly clear, Xiaomi plans to sell the Blackshark in the China only and there's no indication if or when it will come to other regions. There's also likely to be a limited number available, so if you want one, better start looking on how to import products from China or those who can make it to the China, it would be great if you can bring me one too.
The Black Shark gaming phone is priced at 2,999 Yuan ($477) for the 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 3,499 Yuan ($557) for 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. You can get Shark GamePad for 179 Yuan ($29).
