HMD's upcoming Nokia 1 Android Go Smartphone leak

It seems that HMD is working with Google for an upcoming Smartphone. HMD Global's next Ultra low-end smartphone will be called the Nokia 1 and launch as part of Google's Android Go program.

As per reports, the Nokia 1 would feature an IPS display with a resolution of 1280 by 720 pixels, 8GB ROM, and 1GB RAM. The device is likely to be powered with a Mediatek CPU.

Recently announced Android Oreo Go Operating System features a handful of Google apps including the GoogleGo, Google Assistant Go, Maps, Gmail, YouTube Go, and other light-weight stuffs. The Android 8.1 Oreo Go is designed to run better on phones with either 512MB or 1GB of RAM.

HMD plans to launch the Nokia 1 globally in March with its Russian price tag of 5,990 rubles which is just 103$. The company is also planning to launch the revised version of Nokia 6 AKA Nokia 6 2018 in early 2018. Stay tuned to our Facebook and Twitter page to get the first News.

Moto G4 Plus Receiving December Security Update

The Moto G4 and Moto G4 Plus just got its latest software update with latest Android security patch, bug fixes, and improvements.

If you own a Moto G4 or Moto G4 Plus in Mexico,Germany, or France you should have received the over-the-air update notification for December 1st, 2017 Android security update. Motorola’s instructions explain that for a successful installation, the battery in your phone should be at least 50% charged and your device should be connected to a Wi-Fi network or LTE.

OnePlus 5 can now get a custom version of Android 8.1 Oreo. Although this custom ROM is made available to the public, it is still under testing by its developers since Android 8.1 is fresh off the Google labs.

Reputed Developer darkobas (XDA username) has released the brand new OmniRom based on latest Android 8.1 Oreo. It brings latest security updates, wallpapers, launcher and many more value-added features to the OnePlus 5.

With Android 8.1 Oreo, you'll get new Wallpaper Themes, Pixel 2 Launcher, Redesigned Power Menu, new Shutdown and Reboot Animation, Round Statusbar Icons, and Settings.

Note: This procedure is very technical and should be performed by a person with sound knowledge of rooting Android devices. T-Mobile Moto Z2 Force gets updated to Android 8.0 Oreo

The last time we updated you on the status of the Verizon Moto Z2 Force's Android 8.0 Oreo update, we told you that it was rolling out in phases. Now, Motorola is pushing Android 8.0 Oreo for T-Mobile Moto Z2 Force.

The Build number after this update is OCX27. Android Oreo comes with numerous enhancements over Android Nougat, such as faster booting, new Settings and Quick-Settings UI, Picture in Picture (PIP), Adaptive icons, Autofill, Notification timeout, Motorola has also add several new features to the latest software update. Android 8.0 Oreo update for the Moto Z2 Force also brings the latest December 1st 2017 Security Patch.
