This is Why Motorola Selected Amazon over Flipkart for Moto G4

From the beginning Motorola had always got Flipkart on board as an exclusive partner for selling Moto Devices . Few Months back , Motorola started selling New Moto Devices via other e-commerce platforms also and Amazon was one of them .



At The time of Moto G4 Plus launch , Motorola said that the Moto G4 Plus will be exclusive to Amazon only .

As reported by News18 - When Amit Boni was asked "Why they selected Amazon over Flipkart " , He replied -

"We look at our product portfolio and decide what route-to-market or go-to-market strategy should be deployed for, so that the product reaches successfully to the end consumers."
"Evaluation of strategy and evaluation of route-to-market dictate what partners do we go with. And Amazon is an amazing partner in India,"  
"It's been really growing fast and they are in sync with our expectations and strategies of how we want to reach the consumers. And that's why it's the right partner for us to go for the Moto G4,"

Motorola has no plans in selling The Moto G4 series via other channels  in Future .

Guy Buys a Moto G4 Plus with 3GB of RAM and Got Only 2GB Out of the box

Recently Motorola revealed Moto G4 Plus in India , The Smartphone came in two variants 2GB RAM / 16GB Storage and 3GB RAM / 32GB Storage .



As reported by Android Central , an unlucky user bought a Moto G4 Plus ( 3GB RAM model ) and got only 2GB RAM while the Smartphone Storage came out to be 32GB .

This seems to be a manufacturing defect , instead of putting 3GB RAM in 32GB Storage device , someone just placed 2GB RAM . 



You can check your Smartphone's hardware details by using Android App called AIDA64 .

Official Marshmallow ( YU-OS )(Beta) Available for YU Yureka/Yureka Plus and Yuphoria

Few days back Micromax founder Rahul Sharma announced YU-OPEN-OS for Yureka/Yureka plus, Yuphoria and Yunique .



This new OS will support all the YU devices and other android devices too and will keep your YU Device updated to latest Android OS .

For now Yureka/Yureka Plus ( tomato ) and Yuphoria ( lettuce ) can now Install Official Marshmallow ( Beta version ) of YU-Open-Os .



You can Download Official Marshmallow ( Beta version [ Test-Build]  ) from YU-Developer site , while Official Stable version will be available in next few days . The Instructions are given on the above website .

Motorola is finally going to introduce their attractive and innovative 2016 Moto Flagship Smartphones . As previously leaked by VentureBeat , the devices will be Vertex and Vector thin , Both the devices will be classified under Moto Z .



Both the devices will be Motorola's first modular devices with swappable backplates . The 16 holes that are at the back panel of the device are actually connection pins that allow modular backplates to be snapped onto either handset . According to a teaser image leaked by hellomotohk , Both The Devices will be launched on June 9 , 2016 at San Francisco in Lenovo's Tech World event .

Moto G4 Plus has a hidden LED !

Recently Launched Motorola Smartphone i.e Moto G4 Plus has an hidden LED light , Just like Moto G 3rd Generation .

We still don't know why Motorola hides the led light and there is no option to enable it on the Stock Firmware . Though Motorola provides a feature called Moto Display which works fantastic .



The LED Light is embedded near the Right side of Fingerprint sensor . The LED only pops up when the Smartphone is charged .

Motorola leaks Android O

You read that right! In a recent promotional image for the new Motorola Moto G4 phones Motorola states it will get updated to Android N and O!

Two days ago Google introduced Android N at Google I/O with some tweaks and new features, but now Motorola just leaked the name of the next Android version: N. Will Google stop releasing system versions named after desserts? We can't know that for sure yet. What will O improve over N? It's too far away to know.

One thing is clear, though, the new Moto G4 will get the next two versions of Android, and that's something really cool. When will it get N or O? That's a very good question that we are not able to answer right now, but let's hope it gets N as fast as possible.
