Asus could launch a Snapdragon 835 powered smartphone at CES


Asus is teasing a new ZenFone handset that will be powered by latest Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 SoC. In a tweet, the company revealed that it will unveil a phone with World's best processor, which is most likely unannounced Snapdragon 835!

In the past few days, ASUS was talking up dual cameras and virtual reality. So, The new device is could be the next generation ZenFone Zoom, which was leaked few days ago. 

We will get to know more about the 2017 Asus Smartphone with Snapdragon 835 on January 4.

Leaked Image of 2017 Xperia X reveal ultra-thin bezel

According to rumors, Sony is planning to announce two presumably Xperia handsets by the model number G3112 and G3121 at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017, which set to take place between February 27 and March 2.

One of the phones to be announced next month could be the Xperia XZ (2017), which was leaked a couple of weeks back. Another one is likely to be "Xperia X 2017", which was leaked earlier today!

The Galaxy A5 (2017) will feature similar specs as the A7 (2017), except for a smaller battery i.e. 3,000mAh and a smaller display (5.2 inches) while the Galaxy A3 (2017) has a 4.7-inch HD Super AMOLED display with a 1.6GHz octa-core processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, a 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera, and a 2350mAh battery.



The Galaxy A will be available in Russia in early-January and will be expanded to global markets.

As OnePlus promised, Android 7.0 Nougat is now officially rolling out for the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T.

After testing few Nougat Open beta builds for the OnePlus 3, the company is finally rolling out Android N stable OTA for the OnePlus 3. Along with the OnePlus 3, the OnePlus 3T is now also receiving Android Nougat stable OTA. 

OxygenOS 4.0 for OnePlus 3T costs 919MB and has already started rolling out! 

OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei says a gradual rollout for OnePlus 3 and 3T will commence from tonight.




Moto G5 renders leaked online, not Moto X (update)


OnLeaks and Android Authority have just released a few renders of an upcoming phone. They are calling it Moto X (2017) but it's not. This is the same mid-range or even low-end XT1670 phone that passed through the FCC weeks ago.

UPDATE: HelloMotoHK has revealed it's not Moto X nor Moto C. But it's the phone that passed the FCC days ago, codenamed "CEDRIC".


See? Same round camera bump. Plus, if you look at the renders and the leaked pictures of that phone, do you really think it looks premium enough with those big bezels and rather-small size to be called Moto X 2017? 

The truth is that when pictures of a phone leak in October and an upcoming phone is approved by the FCC on December, we are talking about the same phone.
