Android N 7.0 Release Date -

Update :- 9 March 2016 : Google just released Android N firmware images for Nexus 5X, 6, 6P, 9, Player and Pixel C .

There is no Official words that Android N is launching this year , But we all know that Google will be unveiling The Next Android Os ( i.e Android 7.0 N ) this year at Google I/O .

This Year Google I/O will be start on 18th Of May , So you all can expect Android N to be released on 18th Of May only .

Android N 7.0 Features -

• Dark and Light Theme - Android N will feature an Option to set the theme as Dark or Light . The feature was first shown in Android M developer preview , but then removed in the Orignal Android M release . 

• Stylus Support - Seems to be a rumor , but Android N 7.0 Can come with inbuilt stylus support .

• MultiWindow / Split Screen - Android N will be coming up with MultiWindow support . With this new feature , users will be able to use two or more than two apps at the same time .

• No App drawer - Google might Kill the app drawer . But we don't think so , because that's the thing that make Android and Apple iOS different .

Android N is expected to be revealed at Google I/O 2016 . But you don't have to wait for Google I/O to get a look of Android N .

Few weeks ago images of Android N was leaked online which shows Light and Dark theme Option and Advance Setting panel , New Notification Panel and Quick Settings  . 



Android Police has leaked some screenshots of Upcoming Android N 7.0 System Settings menu -

The new settings seems to be more advanced , many of the setting can display the status ( Data usage , Battery percentage etc ) .



The hamburger menu will also be there to navigate quickly between different setting options .

How to enable hidden Google Apps in Remix Os Beta

On March 1 , 2016 Jide Finally released the beta version of Remix Os . The beta version comes with many new features which include ( 32-bit support , Dual Boot support , UEFI support ) and over 50 bug fixes .


Remix Os is a Android Based Operating system , But it did not comes with Google Play services .. Well Actually It comes with Google Play Services , but they are Disabled and Hidden . 


We don't know why Jide have disabled Google Play services on latest Remix Os Beta . But thanks to a redditor ( SubredditReddit ) for finding a way to Enable all the Google play services .

How to enable hidden Google Apps in Remix Os Beta  

Requirements -

• Remix Os Beta Installed on Your System - Guide

Step 1. Boot to Remix Os Beta 

Step 2. Now On The Remix Os Home screen , Enter Root terminal by Just Pressing ( Alt + F1 ) Keys .

Step 3. Now In The terminal Type and run this -

pm disable com.jide.apppolicy

Step 4. Now to Display all the Disabled apps , Run this command -

pm list packages -d

Step 5. Now you will get a list of all the Apps disabled , to enable them type -

pm enable <package name> 

Example - To enable play store type 

pm enable com.android.vending

And enable all the Google apps by using the 5th Step .

Step 6. Now Press [ Alt + F7 ] to Enter Remix Os Home screen .

How to Install Remix Os Beta With Windows [ Dual Boot ]

Remix Os Beta 

Jide has finally released the Beta version of Remix Os , The new Beta version comes with many new features and bug fixes over the previous Alpha version .


Some of the new features of Remix Os Beta includes - Dual Boot Installer  , 32-bit support , UEFI support and more . 

So to Dual Boot Remix OS with Windows there is a bit different but very simple process .

Here are the steps  to Install Remix Os Beta With Windows [ Dual Boot ] -

Requirements -

• Official Remix Os Beta - Download Here

• 20GB Hard Disk Partition ( 16GB will also work ) ( FAT32 ) ( Guide )

Step 1. Extract The file using WinRaR or any other software .

Step 2. Open remixos-installation-tool .

Step 3. In Iso File section choose Remix Os ISO file , In Type choose Hard Disk , In Drive Choose the new 20GB Hard Disk partition ( For me Its R: Drive ).

Step 4. Wait for the Installation to get Completed .

Step 5. Click On Reboot .

In The Windows Boot Menu Choose Remix OS . First Remix OS boot will take some time .

Few days back Motorola pushed Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Moto G 2nd Generation in India and Brazil . Along with the update , Motorola also published Moto G 2nd Gen Marshmallow kernel files .

Now , Users living in US are getting Android Marshmallow update on their 2nd Generation Moto G .
