Moto X Pure Edition Receives Security Patch Update

Motorola is now rolling out security patches for Moto Smartphones . If you own Moto X Pure Edition XT1575  then you can Download and Install the new Security Patch update from Settings > About phone .

The update is of 6MB and contains February Security Patches .

Recently Motorola announced the list of devices that are getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow . And Finally Motorola has started Soak Test update of Android 6.0 Marshmallow on Moto X Pure Edition .



Motorola Moto X Pure Edition who have registered for Soak Test is now finally getting Official Android 6.0 Marshmallow update via soak test in US . 


The System version of new Soak test update is 24.11.18 .

Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes with many new features and whole new Android experience over Android 5.0 Lollipop .

Moto X Style and Moto X 2nd Gen getting official Marshmallow update

Motorola is finally rolling out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to Moto X Style ( AKA Moto X 2015 , Moto X 3rd Gen ) and Moto X 2nd gen ( AKA Moto X 2014 ) .



For now Moto X Style and Moto X 2nd Gen will get Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade for the following devices and channels -

• 2015 Moto X Style (3rd Gen) in both Brazil and India retail

• 2014 Moto X (2nd Gen) in Brazil retail
