It seems that Google is updating it's Play Store with brand new User Interface. The update is already rolling out to selected users. If you haven't recieved the new update, you can download the latest Google Play from the below link.
Google just made it easy to access the Categories (Tabs under Tabs). Below are some screenshots showing the UI changes of the new Google Play.
