5th Soak Test for Moto G5s Plus Now Taking Place, Official Oreo expected September 2nd week

Still waiting for the Android Oreo update for your Moto G5 Series phone? All we know at this point is that, yes, Motorola is testing Oreo on Moto G5s Plus, Moto G5 Plus and their non-plus models. The company isn’t providing a timetable like it did earlier this year, though. That’s likely because it doesn’t want to give false hope and disappointment to their customers.

Now, Motorola is rolling out another update for the Moto G5s Plus running Android 8.1 Oreo Soak test. This latest software update features build no. of OPS28.65-36 for the G5s Plus. Note that this is the 5th Soak test Oreo 8.1 Update the G5s Plus is getting. The update brings Stability Improvements, Bug Fixes, and enhancements.

This is most likely the last Soak Test update for the G5s Plus, Motorola is expected to release the Official Android 8.1 Oreo for the G5s Plus starting 2nd week of September. We will let you know once the update is live. Stay tuned to our Facebook, Twitter, and Telegram to get the first News.
