Micromax + Cyanogen's Smartphone YU Yureka to get Official update , in these days only . Yureka users are confirmed to get Android 5.0 Lollipop update officially of cm12s .

But the update seems to be delayed again , YU On Twitter has announced that it will take few more days to roll the official Cm12s update for Micromax Yureka users .

Yureka users have to wait few more days , to get the official Lollipop update . The update is on its way and will roll soon .

After releasing Android 5.0 lollipop for Google Micromax Android one , Finally micromax has released Android 5.0 Lollipop for Unite 2 which was a popular model of Micromax and was a low ranged Smartphone .

Few minutes ago only Micromax Updated its facebook page , that states clearly that Micromax is rolling Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Micromax Unite 2 officially Over the air .

If you want to Install Lollipopo update , follow the steps -

1. Reboot your Micromax Unite 2 

2. Go to Settings > About device > Software updates 

3. Check for update and follow the Instructions .

MIUI is the best custom rom after Cyanogenmod . It is based on Chinese Android firmware . Few months ago MIUI 6 was launched to compete Android 5.0 Lollipop . Although MIUI 6 is based on Android 4.4.4 Kitkat .

Micromax YU Yureka comes with a 5.5 inch display and is powered by 64-bit 1.5 GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor . It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage with a capability of 32GB micro sdcard .



MIUI 6 is now available for Micromax YU Yureka , Thanks to suhas.holla ( xda developer ) for porting such a great rom .

Recently Google launched Android 5.1 and Cyanogen also launched Cm12.1 ( which is based on Android 5.1 lollipop ) . Cm12.1 is available for Motorola Moto G 2nd Generation - Get it here .

I have tested all Android 5.1 based rom for Motorola Moto G 2nd Generation and found RESURRECTION REMIX the best rom so far . Many thanks to varund7726 for making such an great rom .

According to YU support team , the roll out will begin in First Week of April . Yureka will get Cm12s update this week .

CM12s Lollipop Update coming to OnePlus One users

So , Finally an Update for OnePlus one users . We said earlier that There will be no update for OnePlus One users from Cyanogen , 
Read full news Here , As Cyanogen has an agreement with Microamx Yu , That states that Cyanogen will only provides update to YU Yureka in India .

But finally OnePlus director Carl Pei , has said that Cm12s Update is rolling for Indian users and it will be updated via OTA ( Over the air ) update .


OnePlus One is also working on its own Lollipop rom , apart from Cm12s ,  OnePlus One will provide an Oxygen Os to their users which is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop . Oxygen Os will be avaialble on 27th March .

So , get ready OnePlus One users . Keep checking your System Updates .
