Verizon Droid Turbo 2 gets new Software Update with latest security patches
The Moto Droid Turbo 2 has now started receiving a new software update with the latest Security Patches, bug fixes and Stability improvement in the US on Verizon's network. The update arrives as software version 25.201.6.kinzie_verizon.verizon.en.US. Note that the device still runs on Android 7.0 Nougat.


If you haven't got the notification of this new software update yet, Just go to Software updates menu in Settings, and It will automatically start downloading the latest update. The update will take around 10-15 minutes to get Installed on your device.

June's Factory Images and OTA files are now Available for Nexus and Pixel Devices

Every month, Google posts a new security update for the Nexus and Pixel line of devices. The Android security update for June 2017 are already live for a number of devices.



Google has posted both the OTA’s and the factory images for the selected Nexus or Pixel devices. The supported devices includes Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 6, Nexus 9, Nexus Player, Pixel C, Pixel and Pixel XL. 



For now, we have May Security Firmware files based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat for the Pixel and Pixel XL (NHG47N, NJH34C, NJH47B, NKG47L), Pixel C (N2G47W), Nexus 6P (N2G47W), Nexus 5X (N2G47W), and Nexus Player (N2G47X). 

Nexus 6 (N6F27E) and Nexus 9 (N9F27C, N4F27E) gets May security patch based on Android 7.1.1.

Note that for the Google Pixel, NHG47N is for Verizon models, NJH34C is for Deutsche Telekom, NKG47L is for T-Mobile, Fi users, and Rogers, while NJH47B is for everyone else.

Download: 6 Wallpapers From the OnePlus 5

The OnePlus 5 is one of the most anticipated devices of 2017 and is expected to fill the success of OnePlus 3 and 3T. Expected to come with mouth watering specifications, the phone will give a tough competition to Samsung Galaxy S8 series and Xiaomi Mi 6. 


According to the latest reports, OnePlus might launch the OnePlus 5 during a press conference in Beijing, China on June 20th. Earlier today, OnePlus's CEO teased the first Homescreen Photo of the OnePlus 5 with a brand new wallpaper.

First OnePlus 5 Homescreen Photo goes online!

The entire world is looking for next OnePlus flagship phone which is the OnePlus 5 to release at the earliest, but one has to wait until this summer to get hands on it.

We have already seen the final design of the OnePlus 5 via the leaked teaser image. Now, OnePlus's CEO Liu Zuotu has shared the first screenshot of the OnePlus 5's homescreen on his weibo timeline.

As you can see in the above screenshot, the OnePlus 5 is having a brand new wallpaper and is probably running the latest version of OnePlus's HydrogenOS.



Some rumours say that the phone will be priced tad higher than what we have seen with other OnePlus devices. The phone may cost $599 in the US, which would be a steep price considering the trademark of OnePlus. 

The OnePlus 5 is said to come with a 5.5-inch FHD display, Snapdragon 835 SoC, 6GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB storage options, Dash Charge 2.0, and a dual rear camera. The device might go official on 20th June.

Samsung Internet Browser now officially available for Pixel and Nexus phones

Samsung Internet Browser which comes pre-installed with Galaxy Smartphones running Android 5.0 Lollipop and above is now officially available for the Pixel and Nexus Smartphones.


The Samsung Internet Browser is based on Chromium, Google's open source browser project. It comes enhanced security features, you can protect it via fingerprint and iris scanner, new search engines support, and a floating Quick Menu button that lets you easily change web page text sizes, share pages, or open new tabs.


Previously, only the beta version of the browser was made available to all non-Galaxy Smartphones with Android 5.0 and above. However, you can grab the non-beta version for Pixel and Nexus Smartphone from the Play Store.
