New Motorola codenamed "Cedric" leaks!?

Another day, another Moto leak! We can't complain, though...we love seeing Motorola making headlines. You thought the Moto World would stay quiet after the Moto M release? Think twice!

Roland Quandt from WinFuture shared a tweet leaking some information about the new Motorola XT1670/71/75/76. The new device is codenamed "Cedric" and will come with Nougat, Dual Sim support, a 2800mAH battery and 2 gigs of RAM.

You can read his tweet here:

Although it's too early to speculate, it seems we are talking about a low-end phone, which might be next year's Moto C or a new Moto E3 variant (HellomotoHK leaked the entire roadmap of 2017 Moto phones some weeks ago, remember?).

No matter what phone it is, this leak tells us Moto is working hard and will launch many smartphones in the coming months. Maybe at CES or MWC?

Android 7.1.1 brings VoLTE support to Pixel and Pixel XL, leaves Nexus 6P behind!

This week, Google launched the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat update for Supported Pixel and Nexus Devices. Along with new sweet features, Android 7.1.1 Nougat update also brought the much-requested VoLTE support for the Pixel and Pixel XL in India.

After updating to Android 7.1.1, Pixel user needs to enable Enhanced 4G LTE Mode in-order to Use LTE services to improve voice and other communications.

But, Where's VoLTE for Nexus 6P? Even after Android 7.1.1 update Nexus 6P doesn't get VoLTE support for Reliance Jio.

Reliance Jio has already acquired over 50 million subscribers and most of the 4G smartphone supports VoLTE in India (Even the Nexus 5x, when compared to Nexus 6P).

Google needs to push an update ASPA to enable VoLTE support for Nexus 6P.

Samsung Will Drop Headphone Jack To Make The Galaxy S8 Slimmer

Samsung Is Ditching the Headphone Jack With the Galaxy S8

Report: Samsung's upcoming flagship smartphone- Samsung Galaxy S8 will not feature 3.5mm headphone jack. After Motorola (Moto Z) and Apple (iPhone 7), Samsung is going to ditch the Headphone Jack and will use USB Type-C port for audio transmission.

That means you'll have to use a USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapter to make the phone compatible with your existing headphones.

The report also says that eliminating 3.5mm headphone jack will help Samsung to keep Galaxy S8 thin and will also allow the device to pack in a bigger battery.

Other rumors says that Samsung Galaxy S8 will come in two variants i.e. 5.7" and a 6.2" with bezel less display, both the variants will probably feature 6GB RAM and upto 256GB internal storage.

This is the 2017 Motorola Moto X

A month back we reported and published an Image (Render) of 2017 Moto Smartphone and it looks like that we were absolutely right.

As earlier leaked Roadmap suggests, Motorola and Lenovo has already started working on 2017 Moto Smartphones and we might see a Moto X Comeback and a new Moto C.

Thanks to anonymous tipster for bringing some exclusive Images of the Moto X 2017. Looks similar to our previous render? Yes!

This is the 2017 Motorola Moto X

This is the 2017 Motorola Moto X

We already know it's an all-metal phone, with a similar camera set-up to the Moto Z series (even the flat tire).

The device kind of reminds us of the original Droid Turbo/Moto Turbo/Moto Maxx from 2014, and it actually looks pretty good. We don't have much specs for the device, although we know it will have a front fingerprint scanner like Lenovo's ZUK has and will come in Silver and Gold color, from the size of the hands in the leaked picture it comes with a mid-ish screen, most likely a 5.5" screen or less.

Thanks for tip ;)
